*There is a $50 retainer required to hold your appointment on my calendar
*Your retainer is nonrefundable, but may be applied towards a new session within 3 months of the original session date. If you do not schedule within 3 months of original date, your retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required.
* Retainers may be transferred to new date 1 time. If client requires another reschedule date, a new retainer will be required.
